📢 #CollectiveBargaining is the most important tool for ensuring quality jobs, good working conditions, and adequate wages that provide a decent standard of living. However, over the past two decades, collective bargaining coverage across the EU has steadily declined.✍️ ⏳️ The EU Directive on Adequate Minimum Wages requires Member States with coverage below 80% to adopt national action plans.
